hey guys long time no blog le cause been really busy with trainings and stuff.. luckily this account still active, damn kan jiong just now cannot log in for the first few times.. anyway many things happened recently, joe is down with chicken pox and weeleong got injuried during hockey match.. hope u all recover soon ya ! going to jio ppl go visit wl this friday ppl interested contact ah shen... went for training early in the morning, onli to find out that most of the trackteam guys are not there.. some went for holidays some obs, onli left dota king, wushu master and xiang... and joseph is still in thailand enjoying himself with phan probably.. (SONG BO JOSEPH?!) haha.. anyway training wasn't that bad, weights was the highlight.. it would have been shit if its long run or intervals cause the weather is shit too.. early in the morning so sunny already.. damn la.. then saw my Gp teacher when i was leaving the sch, she was like "wat happened to ur hair?!" wah lao.. cannot like that say de ma.. hurt my feelings leh..hahaha.. although it is a bit short at the front and a bit long at the back ba.. haha.. reached home and was enjoying the aircon on the bed when i knocked out, then bl used the msn nudges function to woke mi up and said he missed me... Project work is a project whereby JC1 students spend their already limited time on research and evaluation, just so to come out with a decent proposal and report to submit to the MOE of Singapore.

But ask yourself, how in the crap does project work ever help you? All these skills in project work are best learnt in real life and more practical projects, not in structured and rigid formats like this!! It is in the former, where students really get the chance to learn and enjoy their research, and not through a 'forced' system. Project work has also brought about the most evil side of many, causing people to hanker over their own contributions during meetings and discussions, so their supervising tutors know they are contributing a lot(hence, better grades)..PW has also taught us to fake minutes and any other documents, and when it comes to filling in the learning checklist, you cannot do anything else but write stereotypical, full proof, cliche & safe answers(so you would not get into trouble)like 'I learnt a lot from...', where in actual fact, you can't wait to scribble 'PW SUCKS' on the paper.

If you think that project work is one of the most irritating and frustrating things that you have experienced throughout your entire education in Singapore, you are not alone. Don't worry, 90% of JC students think the same, the other 10% are probably blind followers and hopeless muggers who lap up every bit and morsel the education system of Singapore throws at them, because apparently, they think it helps. MOE should realize one day that there is indeed a certain amount of crap a student can take, and pw has certainly exceeded it. Mr Tharman whatever should think before he approves of any other education policies. Any in any case, thinking involves the use of the brain, if you were unaware.

argh.. decide to cancel the Pw stand down . exams over and life still as sian as b4 , all thanks to PW and postwar lessons. now is cca b4 lessons, went for training but not tutorials. kinda crazy ...did a 16 rounds run in 30mins during training on monday after a 10km run on sunday night, it sure doesn't feel gd ya.. with all the lactic shit in the muscles, but its mind over body yeah .. so managed to complete it in the end. went for long run again today for training, this week is all about jogging striding sprinting skipping lessons and PW, dun mind training but no lessons pls.. its like asking u to stay in the stinky toilet after u done ur business, definitely unpleasant for both the mind and body .. well .. wat can we say.. this is NJ.

managed to catch i-robot with jasp bl and tiong today, the movie was not bad everyone enjoyed it, too bad shen and lolong wasn't there. ya luckily we were early enough to get gd seats for the movie, most of the ppl came flooding in around 330pm. it was so crowded with ppl after the movie at around 550pm that we even had to wait quite a while to cross the bridge from city link over to suntec. we intended to go suntec for dinner, kinda expected there would be no available seats at the food junction there but tried it anyway. We were right, it was flooded with ppl too.. they r everywhere.. restuarants.. cafe.. food courts.. we were getting a bit pissed already.. so decided to go straight for the fireworks near marina bay. It was already 7pm when we reached the esplanade, perhaps a little late as most of the ppl had already camped around that area. u couldn't imagine how cramped it was down there with thousands of ppl around us, it was 1 solid hour of squeezing! alright think straight. we squeezed through the crowd all the way until we think we can get a gd view of the fireworks. then followed by 30mins of standing cum waiting b4 the thing actually started. i suspected there was some radar jamming device installed there as i couldn't seem to get any reception on my phone at all..argh damn.. ok the fireworks were not bad nothing special and its a little too quick. it was over b4 we knew it. confirmed is no budget 1. might as well save it until next time, one time put many many then shiok ma, tio bo?

Ndp celebration this morning, starting with the usual march- in of the flag bearers...cool man.. reminds mi of the Np days during anderson time... got to help out at the camera post right in front of the grand stand so get to have a first class view of the whole ceremony.. it was great.. after that was the fashion show, btw FP u looked really cool with the dummy light saber and oakley shade... hahaah
btw today is jk's birthday.. happy birthday hor kok.. and there was this so called party going on in ZX's house, winning eleven tournament (Buay kan controller version) and mahjong marathon followed by dinner and night soccer, wah shiok.. long time no play already... mbs were running around like mad ppl during the soccer match .. woohoo it was wonderful .. hope to play again soon yeah..

MIA for one week due to some technical problems.. sent my com for repair. But everything's fine now and i am back online. lots of shit happened last week got 2 SPA (physics and chem) , chem was no kick but physics was bad, screwed everything up .. argh... well nvm it's over for now... went to watch House of flying daggers yesterday, i can't believe it was so bad .. there was no plot, ppl in the film dun seem to die and they have some anti gravity cheats too, they totally wasted their actors!!!.. argh shit.... late for sch today again, this is the second time of the week. first time was because of the 901 bus, waited 20 mins for it and in the end still have to walk so far and take the other bus. dunno wat the hell the busdriver is doing man. late today because of the heavy rain, so maybe can excuse myself.. haha.. these few days were PW days man. all the way PW haven touch my homework for a long time, at least after today i could take a break =D. ya i had great fun today too, nv laugh out loud for quite a period of time since i entered NJ, didn't know NJ can be so fun too. haha... this was wat happened : we attended a oral presentation talk where we were given 10mins to prepare something to introduce. (For PW shit) most of the ppl took this time to speak their zhen xin hua, think maybe some of them buay tahan already and i took this time to do something real stupid too.. hahah , it was great as everyone had lots of fun. Really hope that future sch days can be as fun too, i am looking forward to it man. i was rather busy these few days so nv really had the time to blog. dunno y but i can't seem to concentrate these few days, and it was boring in sch as usual today, 3 solid hours of FM lecture plus tutorial, it was torturing. Other than that.. it seem to be a rather relax school day, no tests, no assignments to hand in, and absolutely no fun. however it got quite exciting in the late afternoon, nearly got caught for not using the seat belt when i was on the way to queensway, it was onli seconds after i took the trouble to tighten the belt when 2 female traffic police went past the cab i was in, nv get fined, heng sia... went to suntec with my friend after that ... got home in time to catch WPC, but missed the efren match, wat a waste. gonna be busy these coming few days too, hope i have time to blog again... and to 9ball lovers out there, dun forget to watch WPC, its great... til later...

just got back my chem and MC results today, Mc was screwed up as expected but not a very bad F though... sad case...
